📋 Description

• Build backend systems powering StackBlitz.com and Bolt.new • Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of the Ruby on Rails application • Design and optimize data storage using PostgreSQL and object storage services • Build features for teams, organizations, and developer communities • Develop integrations with external platforms • Review and shape peer code to ensure quality, security, and best practices • Work across the Rails and Node/TypeScript stacks • Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails • 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases • Experience with AWS and modern cloud infrastructure • Familiarity with CSS, SASS, HTML, and other templating/styling languages • Experience building web applications with REST or GraphQL APIs • Production experience with Node.js and TypeScript • Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical topics • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required • College degree is not required • Cloudflare Workers or edge infrastructure familiarity is a bonus • Interest in AI or LLMs is a bonus • Experience integrating with GitHub APIs or other version control systems is a bonus
