📋 Description

• Design and build reliable full-stack features across backend services, APIs, and frontend • Apply strong UI and UX sensibility to frontend work • Evaluate technical tradeoffs and consider business value and client impact • Own work from sprint planning and ticket refinement through implementation, peer review, and demo • Use AI tools for coding, debugging, and research • Identify opportunities for AI to create client value and shape relevant features • Partner with product managers, designers, and QA to ship useful products • Give and receive code reviews • Share knowledge and contribute to continuous team growth

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development on production systems • Strong React experience, including component architecture, state management, and performance • Solid backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including production APIs and services • Strong grasp of REST APIs and GraphQL on both sides of the wire • Production experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL • Familiarity with CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar • Comfortable working in AWS or a comparable cloud environment • Strong problem-solving skills, high EQ, and ability to communicate and collaborate across a team • Active daily use of AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude • At this time, unable to consider candidates requiring current or future sponsorship for employment authorization • Hands-on experience building AI-powered product features, LLM integration, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted UX (preferred) • Mobile development experience (nice to have) • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation (preferred) • Familiarity with nonprofit or social impact technology (preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred)
