📋 Description

• Design and build reliable full-stack features • Develop backend services and APIs as well as frontend functionality • Apply strong UI and UX sensibility to frontend work • Evaluate technical tradeoffs and consider business value and client impact • Own work from sprint planning and ticket refinement through implementation, peer review, and demo • Use AI tools for coding, debugging, and research • Identify opportunities for AI to create client value and shape related features • Partner with product managers, designers, and QA to ship usable products • Give and receive code reviews • Share knowledge with the engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development on production systems • Strong React experience, including component architecture, state management, and performance • Backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including production APIs and services • REST APIs and GraphQL experience on both sides of the wire • Production experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL • Familiarity with CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar • Comfortable working in AWS or a comparable cloud environment • Strong problem-solving skills, high EQ, and ability to communicate and collaborate across a team • Active daily use of AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (preferred qualification) • Must not require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization
