📋 Description

• Migrate applications from Legacy Human Services to Client-Side Human Services (CSHS) • Develop applications for IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) • Work closely with BP3 teammates and client stakeholders to ensure quality and timely completion • Contribute to continuous improvement of BAW applications • Work with teammates on complex or systemic issues • Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer • Build trusted relationships with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing for IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) • Solid understanding of BAW architecture and troubleshooting approaches • Experience developing and maintaining IBM BAW solutions • Experience with process design and implementation • Experience with Coach and UI development (client-side human services) • Experience troubleshooting and modifying existing process applications • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Prior client-facing consulting or enterprise experience preferred
