🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of HR experience • Strong background in HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities • Experience with employee benefits administration • Ability to advise leadership • Ability to navigate employee relations matters • Ability to deliver practical HR solutions • Proactive problem-solving ability • Ability to build trusted relationships • Ability to adapt confidently to different client environments • Previous HR consulting experience highly preferred, particularly supporting multiple clients with varying business needs • Willingness/ability to accommodate occasional client visits in San Francisco
