• You’re fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. • 3+ years of success in sales/closing deals, ideally in SaaS B2B (MarTech is preferred). • You understand sales processes and adapt to both complex and fast-paced sales cycles. • Proficiency in using CRM/Tech stack to help accelerate your pipeline management efforts. • You take the time to understand customer needs, communicate clearly, and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. • You welcome feedback, adapt quickly, and contribute to the development of new systems and processes. • You’re genuinely interested in people and motivated to help them achieve their goals. • Adaptable and productive in a hybrid setup: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
