📋 Description

• Solve moderately complex problems involving application development, systems, and reporting • Support strategic project initiatives under limited supervision • Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing • Collaborate with developers and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Implement programming policies, procedures, and quality assurance practices • Maintain assigned systems, integration points, lifecycle ownership, and system documentation • Communicate task status to team members • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of moderately complex application system issues • Contribute to cross-system solution design under senior architect guidance • Test business use cases and ensure data accuracy for data storage changes • Implement backup and recovery processes and assist with database maintenance and security • Implement AI solutions responsibly and ethically • Learn and use new technologies and programming languages • Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance • Stay current with software development trends and best practices • Follow change management processes and protect confidential company data • Adapt to additional assignments based on evolving needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development • Proven experience in application development and system integrations • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Additional certifications or specialized training may be required • Full Stack Developers: Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Power Platform • Full Stack Developers: Front-end and back-end development experience • SQL/Data Developers: Advanced SQL and database design; data integration and ETL; Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI; Python for data manipulation • Microsoft Power Platform Developers: Advanced Microsoft Power Platform proficiency; C# and .NET; system integrations • Quality Assurance: Manual and automated testing methodologies; Selenium or Postman • Proficiency with GitHub for version control • Strong understanding and implementation of Agile development processes • Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines • Ability to write, manage, and prioritize user stories and/or test scripts • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills • Must comply with data use, information security, and company policies • Subject to a pre-employment background check and pre-employment drug test
