📋 Description

• Instruct assigned courses within the designated program • Host bi-weekly live sessions via Zoom in each course • Maintain a flexible schedule for office hours and one-to-one meetings • Provide timely information and feedback on quizzes, tests, homework, projects, and academic progress • Conduct outreach to increase engagement with at-risk students • Maintain accurate student academic and attendance records • Submit final grades according to university policy • Participate in meetings, training programs, and professional development • Remain current with developments in the instructional subject area • Perform other duties required by the faculty job description, standard operating procedures, and university policies

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Medical Science or related field required • 3 years of Health Information Management, Coding or Revenue Cycle experience required • Coding certification required (CCS, CPC, CCS-P or related medical coding certification) • RHIA or RHIT preferred • Previous experience teaching online preferred • Ability to work in a virtual environment using multiple software programs simultaneously, including MS Office programs, Canvas, and Zoom • Candidates must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
