📋 Description

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff, on provider templates, scheduling, and associated clinical workflows • Create, support, and configure workflows and software • Lead stakeholders through process changes and manage change to improve customer, provider, and employee experiences • Develop and design Epic Cadence templates • Redesign sub-optimal workflows and develop standardized SOPs • Analyze workflows and design solutions that improve efficiency and patient access • Assess and collaborate on system workflows to maintain an optimal end-user experience • Lead workgroups to identify, recommend, and own template scope of work • Maintain technical environments in production and non-production settings according to quality standards • Deliver communications plans, training, and education to stakeholders and audiences • Identify and unify best-practice workflows across users and departments • Initiate and implement continuous process-improvement projects • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to prioritize enhancements and establish implementation timelines • Diagnose root issues and prepare leadership summaries with potential solutions and recommendations • Lead teams addressing problem areas, including timelines and stakeholder communications • Own highly integrated issues and coordinate relevant teams • Create and maintain documentation on template best-practice workflows and client-facing engagement documents

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Cadence Certification or 2 years’ experience in a scheduling capacity or as a practice manager within an Optimized BSMH department • Epic Cadence Certification is required within the first 90 days of employment • Customer service skills • In-depth knowledge of Epic Cadence templates and related applications • Expertise in workflow analysis and design • Ability to understand integrations with other applications • Ability to lead workgroups and independently lead teams • Ability to assess root issues and recommend solutions • Ability to create workflow, decision, SBARD, and client-facing documentation • Post-secondary education and experience may be combined in lieu of a degree
