📋 Description

• Manage Budderfly's referred contractor pipeline, evaluating prospective contractors against business, operational, legal, and compliance requirements • Own, oversee, and continuously improve the contractor onboarding process from recruitment through activation • Coordinate contractor onboarding and training activities with the Program Manager, Contractor Training • Serve as the primary contractor contact, resolve onboarding issues, and coordinate with internal departments • Onboard contractors into required systems, platforms, and tools including HubSpot, FastFields, InJobs, and Sitetracker • Analyze onboarding metrics, pipeline activity, training effectiveness, contractor feedback, and timelines; report program performance to leadership • Negotiate contractor pricing and contractual terms within established business guidelines • Develop and implement onboarding procedures, documentation, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an onboarding, business development, or pipeline-management role preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously • Very strong attention to detail and organizational abilities • Self-starter with ownership mentality and comfort operating in a high-growth environment with minimal oversight • Desire to establish a climate-centric career • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Exposure to contract and/or pricing negotiation preferred
