📋 Description

• Serve as lead technical or operational point of contact for radon/asbestos consulting contracts • Provide technical and administrative support for project assignment, setup, scheduling, coordination, preparation, and completion • Review and interpret project information against technical standards, client requirements, procedures, and protocols • Coordinate project requirements, status, findings, outstanding items, and issues with clients and stakeholders • Monitor project progress and quality; resolve or escalate issues • Provide technical guidance and assistance to employees and project resources • Coordinate activities performed by staff, vendors, subcontractors, and other resources • Prepare, review, coordinate, and support technical documents, reports, correspondence, and deliverables • Conduct client consultation and third-party reviews for regulatory compliance • Coordinate proposals, scope projects, and manage subcontractor engagement • Prepare asbestos sampling plans, result analyses, O&Ms, radon reports, mitigation plans, and other deliverables • Evaluate and interpret radon reports to characterize project conditions • Prepare reports for on-time client delivery and authorize shipment/transmittal • Manage client portfolios, meetings, communications, and work for portfolio properties • Act as technical lead for assigned regional clients and protocols • Prepare purchase orders and follow up as needed • Maintain scheduling database and monitor employee/subcontractor availability • Train and mentor employees; answer technical questions and provide guidance • Perform interviews and phone screens of prospective candidates • Provide indirect personnel management, technical leadership, and quality control • Deliver customer service through timely responses and proactive solutions • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies, legal requirements, safety procedures, and quality standards • Travel occasionally to client/project sites across the U.S. by plane, motor vehicle, or train

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of five years of related experience • In lieu of degree, eight years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • NRPP Radon Measurement Professional required • AHERA Inspector required • Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record) • Familiarity with national and local regulations required • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures • Ability to present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to interpret varied instructions and handle abstract and concrete variables • Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people • Time management, active listening, critical thinking, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job • Ability to successfully work from a remote location
