📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Lead to provide operational and strategic support for Application Operations Center and Post Production Validation teams • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload • Recommend and deploy advanced tools and methodologies for application operations and validation • Analyze workflows and develop standard operating procedures and best-practice documentation • Oversee daily application support and monitoring to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability • Coordinate task execution with onshore and offshore teams • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for leadership • Ensure automation and process improvements comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements • Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and change management activities • Gather stakeholder requirements, understand challenges, and communicate progress on automation initiatives • Support testing strategies aligned with Humana's Quality Enablement and Test Strategy guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical roles • 5+ years of technical expertise in Dynatrace, Thousand Eyes, Splunk, and other monitoring tools • 5+ years of experience in Java and Python • Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and workflow orchestration • Experience with intelligent automation tools, such as RPA, process automation, Azure AI, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot • Experience using AI-assisted development tools • Strong communication and collaboration skills across varying levels of personnel • Experience with unit testing and mocking • Passion for improving consumer experiences • Ability to create and maintain testing strategies aligned with Humana's Quality Enablement and Test Strategy guidelines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy • Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid employees • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
