📋 Description

• Process and properly code vendor invoices • Review bills for completeness, accuracy, and authorization • Enter and maintain accounts payable data in the accounting system • Pay vendors according to corporate policies • Reconcile vendor statements • Resolve disputes • Provide administrative support, reporting, and reconciliations to the finance team • Support cost reporting and employee reimbursements • Contact vendors regarding invoice and payment status • Assist with month-end and year-end accounting functions • Maintain orderly electronic files for correspondence, bills, and payments • Keep commercial and financial information confidential • Report unusual transactions and irregularities • Implement company financial policies, procedures, and controls

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, accounts payable, or a finance-related area • Knowledge of basic accounting • ERP or accounting system experience • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Well organized and able to multitask and prioritize deadlines • Self-starter capable of working remotely • Ability to handle accurate and confidential financial information • Experience in a SaaS or technology company • Experience with cloud-based accounting systems and accounts payable automation • Higher education in accounting, finance, business, or similar • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams • Strong verbal and written communication skills
