📋 Description

• Draft and update reports, correspondence, briefing materials, memoranda, and requests for information. • Coordinate responses and information requests from internal and external stakeholders. • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables and provide routine status updates. • Collect, organize, and summarize information related to operations, planning, budget, readiness, procurement, and workforce activities. • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and other reporting tools. • Assist with staffing and organizational documentation, including hire, recruitment, classification, and organizational change requests. • Support position descriptions, qualification documents, organizational charts, performance standards, and related materials as needed. • Prepare monthly reports summarizing work completed, labor categories, and hours worked.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) • 3+ years of related experience in communications, program support, reporting, coordination, or similar functions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience preparing reports, correspondence, presentations, or other communications materials • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance • Resume must be submitted in Word document format and include dates in each section • Candidates must fill out the application form to the best of their knowledge
