📋 Description

• Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including crafting and updating 36-month supply plans and identifying key supply decisions. • Conduct replenishment planning at external partners in support of all manufacturing requirements in coordination with Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supplier Management. • Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle. • Maintain all supply-related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems, managing product lifecycle changes. • Participate in design and implementation of new ERP system. • Assist in translating KPI Supply Chain metrics into actionable tasks in collaboration with CMC and VST • Identify and implement key supply chain related initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve supply chain efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Preferred concentration in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management/Sciences) • 5-7 years of supply chain experience with a strong focus on supply planning. Relevant supply chain planning experience in autologous cell & gene therapy is ideal. • APICS or similar certification preferred. • 2+ years’ experience with ERP system, preferably NetSuite • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA etc), GMP manufacturing and GMP storage requirements.
