📋 Description

• Devise strategies, sell and deliver value solutions aligned with client business vision, strategy, goals, and objectives • Engage clients to understand challenges and design viable, value-added solutions and processes • Link client mission strategy to IT strategy and document programs and projects addressing organizational needs • Create and maintain architecture roadmaps defining current and target-state architectures • Work with delivery teams on transition plans and sustainable execution • Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and technology reference models • Govern adoption, compliance, and exception approvals • Maintain technology roadmaps, manage technical debt, and plan modernization and end-of-life migrations • Evaluate leading-edge technologies and influence future IT and business growth strategy • Champion engineering practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, code quality, and security-by-design • Provide authoritative understanding of business capabilities, processes, data, and related topics • Work with senior engineers and architects to identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI/ML, Gen AI, and Agentics AI technologies • Translate business issues and opportunities into business requirements and technical/process solutions • Select suitable delivery teams and drive solution implementation using project management best practices • Support on-contract growth opportunities while tracking business obstacles and objectives • Develop and deliver presentations addressing prospects’ business problems and requirements • Research market, product, and competitor landscapes • Support proposal development and respond to RFIs and RFPs • Respond to or coordinate responses to technical and architecture questions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum clearance required to start: Public Trust • M.A./M.S./PhD degree from an accredited institution • 15+ years leading solution delivery for US Government customers • Prior experience managing senior technical personnel • Understanding of the US Government marketspace, with an emphasis on solution development consolidation • Prior experience managing solution design, development, and delivery for multiple enterprise systems, preferably for the Federal Government • Prior project management experience on enterprise programs (nice to have) • Prior experience performing the required qualifications on Agile programs (nice to have) • Up to 10% travel required • Experience applying emerging technologies to modern business challenges • Understanding of modern business models and technology strategies • Experience leading and managing technology-based consulting engagements and complex problems
