📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end features with responsive React user interfaces and secure ASP.NET back-end services • Design and develop database layers using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server • Build and deploy applications through automated Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines • Optimize performance across front-end, back-end and SQL queries • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives • Conduct constructive code reviews focused on quality, security and maintainability • Write automated tests using xUnit/NUnit, Vitest or React Testing Library • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug issues and address technical debt and production bottlenecks • Mentor junior team members and independently lead feature initiatives • Collaborate with project and technical managers, analysts, testers and software engineers to design, develop and deploy web-based business systems supporting the U.S. Navy Reserve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Software Engineering; alternatively, an active CSSLP, GCLD or GSEC certification • Five (5) years of experience developing for ASP.NET, React, Node.js and relational databases • SECRET-level security clearance • CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent) or ability to achieve within six (6) months of hire • Experience developing in C#, JSX or Angular Templates, JavaScript and T-SQL • Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Node, React and MS SQL Server • Practical knowledge of software design patterns • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab or Jira • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects • Mature and strategic understanding of business requirements and IT strategies • Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • AWS, Azure and/or SaaS-based development experience • Experience utilizing AI coding and development assistants is desired
