📋 Description

• Provide overall test strategy and tools management support for an SAP web-based supply chain management government system • Plan and execute test events for monthly maintenance, quarterly enhancement, and special project initiatives • Manage Integration, Performance, UAT support, and Regression test events • Provide multiple weekly status/progress updates verbally to USDA stakeholders • Maintain program Test Strategy documents and contractual release gate review deliverables, including TRR and PRR input • Work with Business Process Functional team members to understand end-to-end business process scenarios and required test data • Oversee the Test Automation Team and delivery of new/enhanced test automation capabilities • Manage Micro Focus ALM test cycles, test lab, and dashboard modules • Own the program Test Strategy document covering test execution, metrics reporting, test data management, and test automation capability • Support test status and strategy calls with USDA on lifecycle gate reviews and weekly PMO/CCB status meetings • Coordinate across technical and functional teams to meet program test requirements • Oversee demonstrations of new automation scenarios with USDA stakeholders • Oversee automation Regression Test scope for monthly and special project releases • Manage volume test data creation requests • Support OpenText ALM custom code/workflow changes • Identify and assess new automation capabilities for WBSCM interfaces and reports • Manage UFT software version compatibility with OpenText ALM SaaS upgrades • Support BASIS on security vulnerability remediation related to UFT • Communicate with diverse customer organizations and provide stakeholder status updates

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant business experience • 8+ years of automated test development and execution experience • 5+ years’ experience using OpenText and SAP tools (ALM, UFT, TAO) • Extensive, real-world experience in the design, development, and execution of automated testing scripts • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience • Facilitate proof-of-concept / proof-of-capability of transition from UFT to Tricentis Tosca • Facilitate proof-of-concept / proof-of-capability of CoPilot AI solution (or alternate) to enhance test automation capability • SAP functional awareness in core modules (ECC, SRM, CRM, FI, SD/MM, Portals, BW) preferred • Testing methodology education and/or experience • Cross functional coordination experience • Solution Manager/Automation/Performance Test experience preferred
