• Ensure execution of Off-Premise sales plans in an assigned territory within a state • Develop strong working relationships with off-premise key accounts • Use channel data analysis to create selling stories and programming initiatives that grow distribution, shelf management, and product assortment • Identify new key account opportunities and execute strategically important initiatives • Use tools to drive and evaluate sell-out data within key accounts and across the market • Execute in-market programs in targeted key accounts • Survey the account universe and define account and portfolio segmentation • Spend approximately 75% of time in market developing key accounts • Provide Distributor teams with information to execute Campari portfolio plans and meet depletion, visibility, and account growth goals • Address market gaps and Distributor performance issues • Leverage, train, and assist Distributor teams in implementing brand strategies • Collaborate with Field Marketing on program execution • Gather field input on POSM needs and opportunities • Spend approximately 15% of time on Distributor Management activities • Collaborate with the Off-Premise Channel Manager during business planning and monthly forecasting • Manage an assigned budget and communicate investment needs • Review post-evaluation reports and sell-out data for continuous improvement • Spend approximately 10% of time planning and analyzing channel data • Make in-person presentations about Campari brands and portfolio • Access, review, and analyze online data for key accounts and assigned geography, generally four days per week
• 3 to 5 years' experience with on- and off-premise alcoholic beverages sales in the New York Metro market • Experience working in a three-tier distribution market required • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration or a related field • Sound understanding of business financials and experience managing a budget • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Familiarity with product sales and ability to develop compelling selling stories to grow distribution and volume sales • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a multi-brand portfolio • Solid negotiation skills and ability to achieve results through influencing others • Ability to work independently • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant data analysis tools such as VIP, Compass, and Diver • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills • Strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to work effectively with teams and drive results through others • Must reside within the specific geographic target for the role • Ability to work occasional weekends and extended workdays when needed • Must have a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
