📋 Description

• Provide external business clients with technical support for application software, software solutions, and hardware implementation • Configure software according to defined user requirements and specifications • Partner with the development team to meet client and project expectations • Work directly with clients as a clinical expert and project team member • Guide clients on clinical workflows and recommend appropriate system setup • Perform software and integration testing • Resolve issues requiring changes to implemented software applications and solutions • Develop test scripts and test cases • Gather and review client feedback and assist in writing user requirement documents • Define product-change requirements with engineering resources • Contribute to project plans and track progress, milestones, and implementation dates • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans • Record client communications and documentation in appropriate repositories • Test and troubleshoot final system implementations • Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Certification in area of clinical expertise, such as LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPN, and others • Bachelor’s degree that supports clinical expertise • 5 years professional work experience in a behavioral healthcare environment • In-depth experience using an EHR platform • Strong working knowledge of Information Technology, software solutions, and software management systems • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical, and troubleshooting skills • Effective interpersonal, people, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities • Ability to work independently and proactively under pressure • Ability to anticipate issues and risks and develop alternatives to meet project goals • Pays very close attention to detail • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Must not require visa sponsorship; the company is not able to offer visa sponsorships
