📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and provide team and people leadership around workflow and process management activities • Create or validate team processes and process flows and support process improvement opportunities • Design and produce reports and metrics measuring process efficiency and effectiveness • Lead the team in practices, policies, and methodologies related to its processes • Analyze and correct data issues with department tools • Represent the team as a process subject matter expert in projects and meetings with lines of business and third-party vendors • Leverage cash tools and reports to proactively resolve issues and address complex problems • Provide backup support for other ATM and Cash processes as needed • Assess upstream and downstream impacts in the cash ecosystem • Mentor and develop team members, foster a positive collaborative environment, and support performance management activities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite • At least 1 year of process management experience • Preferred: at least 2 years of Cash Operations experience • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience • Preferred: Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification • Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in Process Management • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions • Reliable private internet connection not supplied via cellular data or hotspot • Password-protected private network where the associate has ownership or line of sight to every device • Cable or fiber internet service provider • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Hardwire or WiFi connection acceptable if speed and security requirements are met • Must live in the United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and U.S. territories • Must not work internationally, outside the continental United States, or in California • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
