📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation projects from client kickoff through go-live and stabilization • Serve as the primary project leader, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders • Represent CareHarmony with key customer stakeholders, including CFOs, clinical leads, physician champions, and IT • Directly manage EHR integrations, including requirements, dependencies, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness • Lead training sessions and drive physician adoption, engagement, and organizational socialization of the program • Build and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones • Identify blockers early and drive cross-functional teams toward resolution • Develop scalable implementation processes and best practices as the company grows • Partner with leadership to improve implementation speed, quality, and client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, implementation, project management, and/or startup environments • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams • Demonstrated experience directly managing EHR/EMR integrations • Experience in population health, value-based care, care management is a plus • High bias to action — see problems, take ownership, and drive them toward resolution • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams • Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and external client stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are continuously evolving
