📋 Description

• Own each new brand from signed contract to live, starting from the sales handoff • Own onboarding escalations and partner with Sales and Engineering as needed • Engage founders, retention teams, or agencies on the brand side through go-live • Run technical setup using Shopify, Klaviyo, and related tools • Ensure customer data is accurate before customer review • Build use cases aligned with each customer’s goals • Transition accounts to CSMs with a clear handoff • Create repeatable mid-market and enterprise onboarding playbooks • Share onboarding learnings across the team • Train new teammates on onboarding playbooks as the team grows • Build systems and tools to help the company scale • Become an expert on the product and industry trends • Report to the Head of CX

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role with direct experience onboarding clients • Genuine passion for AI and working at an AI-native company • Experience onboarding clients with several stakeholders • Experience carrying a larger book of mid-market accounts • Experience building Klaviyo flows and segments for a brand • Ability to explain why a segment is growing or shrinking • Daily use of Claude or ChatGPT and experience building something with it • Experience writing onboarding documentation used by a team • Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment preferred • Consultative mindset, strong communication, and data curiosity
