📋 Description

• Lead growth marketing for The Cycle’s e-commerce business • Own Amazon and Shopify storefronts, listings, conversion, subscriptions, and retention • Design and run paid acquisition experiments across Amazon Advertising, Meta, and Google • Build tracking, attribution, server-side tagging, and trusted company dashboards • Create AI-agent workflows for reporting, creative testing, competitor monitoring, and campaign management • Develop email/SMS lifecycle flows and subscription mechanics for retention • Integrate Shopify, Amazon, CRM/lifecycle tools, and the data hub • Work directly with the founder and own the online growth stack • Instrument funnels, form hypotheses, ship experiments, measure results, and iterate weekly

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering foundation in software, data, or automation • Ability to write code and build systems • Comfortable with APIs, scripting, and SQL/Python-level analysis • Hands-on martech or growth engineering experience • Experience with tracking implementations such as GA4, server-side GTM, and conversion APIs • Experience with CRM and data integrations • Experience with e-commerce platforms • Daily fluency with AI agents and automation tooling • Demonstrable experience building automations with LLMs and agent workflows • Ability to analyze funnels and design clean experiments • Fluent professional English • Full-time and exclusive availability • Solid working-hours overlap with US Pacific Time • Strong plus: Amazon marketplace experience, DTC subscription e-commerce, CPG brand experience, or hands-on paid media
