📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Microsoft Copilot administrator and user adoption specialist • Provide onboarding, training, development, and support for Microsoft Copilot-driven solutions • Administer data security, compliance, and tenant readiness • Develop business analytics and information architecture for the Microsoft 365 Collaboration team • Address requests for agentic solutions and provide hands-on support throughout the development lifecycle • Research upcoming, new, or deprecated features within Microsoft Power Platform, LLMs, and AI platforms • Provide technical resources for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, OneDrive for Business, and Viva Engage • Guide integration of Microsoft Copilot services within Advocate Health governance policies • Design, implement, and manage Active Directory domains, user accounts, group policies, and identity services • Architect, deploy, and manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including hybrid identity, federation, conditional access, and on-premises integration • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Copilot • Own identity, permissions, licensing, and access controls across the Microsoft ecosystem • Lead migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365, including tenant configuration, data migration, and service deployment • Troubleshoot complex identity and collaboration issues and perform root-cause analysis • Monitor platform health and implement performance and reliability improvements • Implement and improve security controls for identity, access, data protection, and collaboration services • Ensure Microsoft environments meet regulatory, privacy, and organizational compliance requirements • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders on enterprise collaboration initiatives • Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures • Provide guidance and mentorship to associate- and mid-level engineers • Configure Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications • Develop adoption roadmaps and KPIs • Align Copilot use cases with business goals • Manage executive sponsorship and stakeholder buy-in • Create training materials and workshops • Develop personas and role-based use cases • Provide ongoing support and feedback loops • Monitor adoption metrics and user engagement • Identify usage gaps and improvement opportunities • Report ROI and success stories to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge in Computer Science or a related field • Minimum of five years of IT experience • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 technologies • Strong Active Directory administration and management experience • Experience with Windows Server, Group Policy, and related technologies • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and conditional access • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must live in one of the listed eligible U.S. states • No sponsorship or transfer of visa available now or in the future
