📋 Description

• Provide oversight and strategic support for Oracle Cloud (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll) and UKG (Timekeeping & Scheduling) platforms across the health system • Build and sustain effective demand, prioritization, and resource allocation • Lead centralized ERP governance to streamline prioritization, decision-making, and cross-functional execution • Own the ERP and UKG roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business needs and EIS capabilities • Drive collaboration with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and EIS teams to improve process efficiency and platform optimization • Facilitate executive steering committees and governance forums, reporting on ERP performance, risks, and opportunities • Develop and scale portfolio and resource management standards, including planning, resource management, integration points, and alignment with adjacent service lines and enterprise initiatives • Oversee ERP initiative lifecycles, including scoping, budgeting, resource planning, activation, and portfolio-health monitoring • Lead special projects up to 10%, including translating customer needs, meeting results, status reporting, and customer relationship management • Ensure Oracle Cloud and UKG applications remain strategically aligned, efficiently executed, and continuously evolved to support organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Seven (7) plus years of IT program or portfolio management experience • Proven record of execution to time and budget in full life cycle healthcare technology implementation projects • Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and Payroll (preferred) • Experience with UKG Timekeeping & Scheduling (preferred) • Exceptional skills in executive communication, resource alignment, and cross-functional facilitation • High School Diploma/GED • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Management, Business or related field (preferred) • PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM certification (preferred)
