📋 Description

• Support the security and governance of Oracle Fusion HCM, SCM, Finance, and Fusion Data Intelligence applications • Administer user access, role-based security, HCM and ERP data security, and security configuration migrations • Perform environment refreshes, data masking, audit and regulatory compliance activities, Redwood security enablement, quarterly Oracle security updates, and production support • Partner with business and project teams to implement security requirements for new initiatives • Ensure users have appropriate access without disrupting critical business operations • Protect workforce, financial, and supply chain data and maintain compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements • Ensure uninterrupted access to Oracle Cloud applications supporting workforce management, financial operations, supply chain processes, and patient care

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) plus years of experience implementing and supporting ERP systems, preferably Oracle HCM • Project management experience required • Knowledge of project management methodologies and system analysis • Functional and technical ERP experience • Experience with gathering and documenting data requirements • Post-go-live support and maintenance of applications in an ERP ecosystem • High School Diploma/GED required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a technical field preferred • Oracle Cloud certification preferred
