📋 Description

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites after Honeywell-specific training • Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency, and reliability • Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives • Travel to various customer locations, with 70% to 80% travel expected

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of technical knowledge/experience in electronic and mechanical systems • Experience using diagnostic tools, service management software tools, and schematic drawings • Valid driver’s license • Willingness and ability to travel 70% to 80% to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally • Experience in field service or technical support roles • Experience working in industrial or commercial service environments • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in field assignments • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
