📋 Description

• Partner directly with state leaders and local workforce boards to perform deep-dive process autopsies • Dissect current workflows, identify bottlenecks and outdated processes, and architect improved service models • Act as the primary technology translator between customer needs and Career Team's system • Help customers configure and launch tools that address daily workforce-service challenges • Translate workforce directives, including referral processes, case management, programmatic financial tracking, and labor exchange requirements, into technical process flows in Career Edge • Guide workforce boards in mastering new tools to improve outcomes for job seekers and communities • Spend moderate time on-site with state and local customers during active implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher • Over 5 years of experience in workforce development • Experience spanning workforce services at multiple levels, ideally across boards, regions, or states • Experience collaborating with state and local workforce boards • Experience managing regional differences and navigating complex, locally-specific requirements • 5+ years of specific knowledge in WIOA, TANF, SNAP, and other workforce-related contracts/programs • 5+ years of advanced project management experience • Ability to translate technology capabilities into practical, jargon-free solutions • Strong critical-thinking, research, accuracy, time-management, organization, verbal communication, and written communication skills • Confidentiality, sensitivity, and tact • Successful completion of a background check, including criminal, prior employment, and education verification
