📋 Description

• Manage capture and proposal strategy throughout the procurement life cycle to win new and existing Medicaid business • Partner with Growth, Health Plan leadership, Subject Matter Experts, BD, Strategy, and Content teams throughout procurements • Prepare business for upcoming procurements and drive strategy to innovate or differentiate product offerings • Coordinate requirements for market entry and develop market-specific solutions, priorities, and win themes • Research state contracts, previous RFPs, manuals, statutes, and health plan materials • Develop RFP analyses, including competitive and market research and post-evaluation debriefing assessments • Manage high-visibility projects and develop responses to Medicaid procurements • Develop and maintain capture and proposal schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project management processes • Drive cross-functional communication, reporting, decision-making, and risk resolution • Review responses for strategic content, collaborate with writers, and develop written RFP responses • Ensure final products comply with RFP requirements and meet quality standards • Manage the Q&A process, including questions, answers, amendments, and communications to functional areas • Support oral presentations, clarifications, proposal revisions, and BAFOs • Coordinate production activities with outside print vendors • Administer and maintain the SharePoint site • Facilitate handoff to the implementation team and improve repeatable capture and proposal processes and tools • Perform other related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education • Five (5) years of capture and/or proposal management experience required • Experience in Medicaid managed care preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent command of the English language • Strong competency in meeting preparation, organization, and reporting • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability to work in deadline-driven environments • Effective listening and critical thinking skills • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Strong knowledge of capture and proposal management • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines • Accurate and efficient typing skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality, professional demeanor, and discretion • PMP certification or project management experience preferred • General office environment; may sit or stand for extended periods • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed to meet deadlines • Up to 25% travel may be required
