📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and an integral part of the leadership team • Guide and influence strategic goals and initiatives • Act as the primary point of contact for the business and advocate for employees • Support leadership development and succession planning • Identify business and departmental roles and strategic goals within CareSource • Monitor changes in law, policies, and practices and address risks to employees and the business • Build relationships with employees and leadership to deliver goals • Analyze engagement surveys, exit interviews, and employee feedback and recommend improvements • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards • Collaborate with departments to resolve barriers affecting employee and departmental performance • Analyze and influence department dynamics to maximize effectiveness • Participate in departmental and leadership team activities • Promote cross-department collaboration and information sharing • Perform other job-related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership or a related field is required, or equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education • Five (5) years of strategic HR Business Partner experience is required • Experience in organizational design and managing change • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence executive leaders • Ability to travel to Bronx office location as needed is required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws • Ability to educate/train management in recruitment and employee relation issues • Negotiation skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • PHR/SPHR or Strategic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) certification preferred • Managed Care, LTSS, or Health Care environment experience preferred
