📋 Description

• Generate complex reports and dashboards tracking LTSS & Dual Program KPIs and metrics related to patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance • Use statistical methods and machine learning techniques to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and drive actionable insights • Design, develop, enhance, and update dynamic dashboards using Tableau and Power BI • Analyze operations processes to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, case manager effectiveness, and improved patient experience • Recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency and implementing workflow changes • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and completeness through data governance practices • Collaborate with data engineering teams to source and integrate data from multiple systems • Develop scalable LTSS & Dual Program reporting solutions and efficient database solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs • Create ETL solutions for automated scheduled data refreshes and regular report delivery • Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards providing leadership with actionable insights for business decisions • Transform quantitative and qualitative analysis into usable data for department leaders • Build analytic tools using data pipelines to provide business performance metrics, historical trends, and benchmarks • Identify and implement internal process improvements, automate manual processes, and optimize data delivery • Perform complex data analysis to address critical business questions • Present findings in consumable, appealing, and impactful executive-level formats • Create cross-functional strategic plans for complex data solutions • Gather and analyze data, document business requirements, recommend technology requirements, review functional specifications, and test relevant systems • Develop, document, and perform testing and validation • Examine and explain complex data relationships to answer business questions • Create, implement, and enforce team coding standards • Lead and participate in complex data transformation and visualization projects requiring cross-functional coordination • Perform other job-related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field required, or equivalent years of relevant work experience accepted in lieu of required education • Five (5) years of experience working with ETL, BI, and database solutions required • Experience translating business requirements required • Extensive data analysis experience required • Advanced proficiency in data modeling, business intelligence tools, and process optimization strategies • Advanced proficiency with SQL, SSIS, and Power BI • Expert analytical skills in solving multi-dimensional problems and creating reports, dashboards, and presentations • Expert proficiency using Microsoft Excel • Demonstrated graphic development and strong presentation skills • High level of skill in building analytic tools that utilize the data pipeline • Advanced proficiency performing root cause analysis • Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts; AI or ML preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and produce quality results in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proven ability to influence key decision making across diverse functional areas • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Relevant healthcare or LTSS and/or Dual Eligible reporting experience preferred • Familiarity with LTSS/DSNP data/report regulations preferred • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD preferred • Relevant certification in Tableau, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Databricks, Data Engineering, Power BI, Python, or related areas preferred • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time • Travel is not typically required
