📋 Description

• Provide analytical support for SLAs and print production cost processing for production-related activities and projects within Business Partner Operations • Perform Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processing on large structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets • Analyze data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and/or regulatory agencies • Review data systems and reporting data to identify and remediate data quality issues • Coordinate with members of internal and external teams • Provide complex metrics and analytics as required by leadership • Perform other related duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or equivalent years of relevant work experience in lieu of education • Three years of data analysis and project management experience required • Experience in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processing required • Experience analyzing complex structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets to drive insights required • Health care experience preferred • Strong programming skills, including SQL and Visual Studio • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, SharePoint, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of relational databases and structured and unstructured data • Knowledge of database design and implementation tools, including entity-relationship data modeling and SQL • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail • No licensure or certification required
