📋 Description

• Support day-to-day administration of core operational systems, including Workday Projects Module, Adaptive Planning, and reporting tools such as Power BI • Assist with system updates, testing, and release management across Workday, Adaptive, and related tools • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex challenges to functional leads or IT partners • Ensure alignment and data consistency across Workday, Adaptive, and reporting tools • Build, maintain, distribute, and update reports and dashboards across Adaptive, Workday, and BI tools • Support recurring project, financial, and utilization reporting processes • Validate and QA data across systems to ensure reliable reporting outputs • Improve report usability and support the transition to self-service reporting • Support project budgeting, forecasting, project activation, reporting, resource planning, and utilization tracking • Support consistent and efficient process execution and contribute to SOP documentation • Serve as a first point of contact for user questions about systems, reports, and processes, including monitoring the Projects Inbox • Support staff in using systems and reports • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides • Assist functional leads with training sessions and data literacy • Collaborate with Business Systems, FP&A, BI, and IT teams • Translate operational and reporting needs into system requirements with the Workday/Adaptive architect • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives led by Strategic Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or related field • 2–4 years of experience in operations, finance, systems administration, or data/reporting roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Experience building or maintaining reports • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non-technical users • Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms preferred • Experience with Workday Projects and/or Adaptive Planning preferred • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills; SQL or scripting experience a plus • Exposure to project management, financial planning, or resource planning processes preferred • Interest in systems, process improvement, and operational strategy • Mission-driven mindset and alignment with RMI’s values • Current, independent authorization to work in the U.S. without present or future sponsorship from RMI
