📋 Description

• Fulfill member backup care needs across child care, elder care, and pet care • Identify and vet appropriate care providers based on member needs and timeframes • Review, validate, and process backup care reimbursement requests • Ensure adherence to policy guidelines and resolve payment-related inquiries • Respond to last-minute care requests within tight timelines • Maintain empathy and professionalism while supporting members • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of provider support options and communications • Collaborate with internal team members and networks to ensure seamless service delivery • Contribute to continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in care coordination, family support services, provider scheduling, or back-up care services • Demonstrated experience in time-sensitive care environments • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and analyze situations with limited direction • Proficiency in digital tools and case management software • Empathy-driven communication skills • Knowledge of national or regional care networks, licensing, and regulatory considerations is a plus • Experience working with families from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and geographic backgrounds is preferred • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive health or personal information is preferred • Bilingual abilities are a strong advantage • Availability Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time • Participation in a rotating on-call schedule for weekends and holidays • Authorization to work in the United States
