📋 Description

• Partner with approximately 40–60 franchise owners through virtual and on-site sessions to understand challenges and improve performance • Design strategic plans to elevate business performance, improve operational efficiency, and achieve revenue goals • Coach franchise owners on operations, sales, marketing, team development, brand standards, and leadership • Analyze financial statements, operational KPIs, and business trends to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements • Drive adoption of Caring Transitions systems, standards, best practices, and efficient processes • Build relationships through coaching calls, business reviews, field visits, and ongoing communication • Attend conferences, regional and national meetings, and other events as a Caring Transitions ambassador • Represent the brand through presentations, training, and conversations with franchise candidates and new owners • Ensure timely payment of royalties, national branding fees, and other financial obligations • Share field insights, support strategic initiatives, and ensure franchise owners have necessary tools and resources • Report to the Director of Franchise Business Coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business coaching, franchise operations, business ownership, or multi-unit leadership • Demonstrated track record of improving business performance • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial statements, operational KPIs, and performance trends • Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations and strategic plans • Coaching and relationship-building skills, including influencing, motivating, and holding others accountable • Comfortable presenting to and training large audiences • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate difficult conversations • Ability to provide direct, constructive feedback with empathy and professionalism • Highly organized, adaptable, and self-directed • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple franchise owners • Consistent communication, proactive problem solving, and follow-through • Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams • Willing and able to travel approximately 25–45% for field visits, conferences, training, and franchise support • Must be based in the United States
