📋 Description

• Test code and applications developed by other development team members to ensure proper functionality as per business requirements • Assist senior management in making design and architectural decisions for business systems • Participate in relevant meetings as requested • Track issues reported by users and ensure resolution • Work on special projects assigned by senior IT Management • Assist in the monthly submission of data to DCF • Provide support in data reconciliation tasks • Test new features and/or updates in Carisk’s systems • Generate and distribute monthly reports to clients and providers • Manage users and create accounts • Provide user training and technical assistance

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma / BS degree • Undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Application Development or Business Technology • Knowledge of DCF PAM 155-2 data requirements • Understanding of the software development cycle • Desire to work hard and learn while being mentored by a senior architect and business leadership • Ability to think quickly and change courses based on business needs • Experience with Windows, MS Office, IT Ticketing Systems • Basic knowledge of SQL • Problem solver and attention to details • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
