📋 Description

• Provide sales, marketing, and general business support to grow the assigned territory • Prospect for and develop new business • Promote and develop awareness of product and ancillary product lines • Present products to contractors, building owners, consultants, and specifiers • Walk roofs and provide field evaluations of prospective projects • Develop a territory business plan to achieve the annual sales target • Develop and prepare reports on competitor activity in the market • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on assigned sales activity using Salesforce • Work with contractor and distribution networks to promote product awareness • Work with distribution partners to present products to contractors, owners, and specifiers • Manage the daily sales pipeline using Salesforce • Travel to customers, owners, distributors, and job sites as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Territory manager must live in Northern California market • Five (5) years' experience in sales/marketing in the building products industry in a distribution network environment • Experience selling similar systems to the Top Residential Builders in the area • Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Senior Management • Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques • Proficiency in Salesforce.com • Ability to speak in front of contractors, owners and specifiers • Effective formal presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally • Moderate travel to customers, owners, distributors and job sites as necessary • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Must comply with EEO and application security requirements
