📋 Description

• Develop and maintain reliable backend systems, integrating them with credit card, banking, and merchant platforms for comprehensive workflow chargeback management. • Scale and generalize the system for growth, ensuring it is highly configurable and flexible to reduce the time to go live and support a broad range of use cases. • Architect and develop robust architectural patterns for microservices. • Design and implement core frameworks and libraries for various backend services, promoting code reuse and maintainability. • Take ownership of upgrading coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployed systems, backend programming languages, and third-party dependencies to enhance system performance and security. • Proactively identify areas for improvement in our platform's infrastructure and systems, implementing optimizations that enhance operational efficiency and product quality. • Own the end-to-end development and deployment of key features, including decision-making around technology stack and system design to ensure optimal implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on using Go or Java in production environments. • Demonstrated experience working on platform teams and contributing significantly to system architecture. • Led an end-to-end implementation of a key product feature or re-architecture/upgrading of a key platform service. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and industry design patterns. • Experience mentoring junior team members and leading project teams as the sole tech lead. • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
