📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications • Configure, test, and support health plan systems, including claims, enrollment, eligibility, and benefits platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Compliance, Client Services) to identify and resolve system issues • Perform data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making • Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations • Document system processes, workflows, and configuration changes • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system changes before deployment • Provide troubleshooting support and root-cause analysis for technical issues • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations related to health plan data and systems • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives related to technology and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience in health plan, healthcare, or health insurance technology environments preferred • Familiarity with core administration platforms (e.g., QNXT, Facets, HealthRules, or similar) a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance, and regulatory requirements in healthcare a plus
