📋 Description

• Own the technical roadmap for the product suite and partner with architects to model complex systems, reduce technical debt, and drive integration strategy decisions • Contribute high-quality code to complex SaaS products, with 50% of the role hands-on development • Implement long-term technical solutions and resolve systemic architectural challenges • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and Test-Driven Development • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to offshore and nearshore teams • Lead code reviews and design sessions • Bridge product management, quality engineering, and DevOps by translating product requirements into technical designs • Drive corrective actions for performance and reliability issues and ensure resilient services

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of professional experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale, high-availability web applications and services • At least 2 years in a hands-on technical lead or principal engineering capacity • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent deep technical work experience • Strong understanding and practical application of software design and architecture principles and patterns • Expert AWS experience, including cloud architecture, serverless programming, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code • Extensive Microsoft technology stack experience, including ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript • Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases • Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship, lead design sessions, and conduct code reviews • Excellent cross-functional communication skills • Commitment to DevSecOps and AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Claude • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to reliable, resilient software
