📋 Description

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and other Cash Depot products • Perform scheduled and requested cash replenishment and coin removal • Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests • Complete tasks assigned by supervisors or Cash Depot staff • Communicate inventory and support requests accurately and promptly • Complete administrative paperwork accurately and promptly • Maintain department metrics for efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate, and other customer-focused measures • Assist and train other technicians, including ride-along training • Follow all security procedures and policies • Maintain a professional personal and vehicle image • Maintain required inventory standards • Attend training in Wisconsin and maintain technical competencies in ATM and Air products • Identify and recommend efficiency improvements • Work independently with minimal supervision while operating as a team player • Travel within an assigned territory and operate at customer locations, estimated at 50% of the shift

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree / GED • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through Company’s risk insurer • Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift • Ability to work safely when lifting and performing position-related tasks • Experience in troubleshooting or electromechanical work • Ability to follow the expectations set forth in the Field Service Handbook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multitask, think critically, and solve problems • Ability to adapt to workplace changes or assignment of duties • Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 875 lbs. with lifting equipment • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty
