📋 Description

• Perform installations, calibrations, and preventive maintenance on Sartorius equipment • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers • Diagnose technical issues using standard diagnostic tools and apply predefined corrective actions • Resolve technical issues within defined guidelines and escalation frameworks • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support levels • Document symptoms, findings, actions taken, service activities, and corrective actions in service systems • Adhere to service processes, safety requirements, and documentation standards • Ensure reliable equipment operation, availability, customer satisfaction, and stable system performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification • 3+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles involving technical equipment or systems • Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues using defined procedures • Good understanding of equipment functionality and service processes • Clear communication skills and customer-oriented mindset • Ability to work in accordance with structured service processes and documentation requirements • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel • Ability to occasionally lift up to 22 kilograms and frequently lift up to 9 kilograms • Identification with Sartorius core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
