📋 Description

• Perform client consultation by planning, designing, implementing, and supporting Physical Security Systems • Develop and implement technical architecture and physical network design; analyze existing systems and recommend solutions • Set up, configure, and test video surveillance, access control, sensor, air quality control, and third-party integration systems • Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and resolve complex hardware/software problems • Assist Account Managers during sales by educating customers on Physical Security technologies and identifying cross-selling opportunities • Assist with project management using CDW methodology and lifecycle processes • Ensure stable performance environments for enterprise computer applications • Participate in IT projects improving and upgrading converged network solutions • Interface with customers' technical and business staff, including project sponsors and stakeholders • Serve as technical point of contact for customer engagements • Create and execute test plans for assigned components • Manage time and expenses against Statement of Work expectations • Provide high-quality content deliverables using appropriate templates • Ensure solutions are implemented as designed and meet customer satisfaction and approval • Collaborate with Professional Services Managers, Sellers, Project Managers, Partners, and customers on expectations and timelines • Conduct or lead design workshops for complex designs • Proactively develop plans to avoid problems • Educate customers on solutions throughout the project or service life

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation, and support OR 9+ years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation, and support • Hands-on Genetec or Verkada Systems Engineering experience • Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs • Ability to travel between 25%-50% • Ability to effectively communicate with clients • Physically able to lift up to 30 pounds of equipment • Attention to detail on inventory and logistics • Minimum of 2 years related experience in infrastructure/network environments, with some experience in network engineering, network security practices, and designing, planning, and implementing LANs and WANs • 2 years consulting experience, a plus • Milestone Systems Engineering experience, a plus • Minimum of one year experience in programming or analytical work, a plus • Axis Certified Professional Certification, a plus • Genetec Security Center Omnicast and Synergis Certificates, a plus • Milestone Certified Integration Technician Certificate, a plus • Meraki MV Experience, a plus • Verkada Experience, a plus • Video Surveillance System Implementation Experience, a plus • Access Control System Implementation Experience, a plus • Environmental Sensor Implementation Experience, a plus • IoT Device Implementation Experience, a plus
