📋 Description

• Independently design and build complex enterprise web features for the NAVSUP Enterprise Web program • Design, develop, and maintain Navy enterprise websites • Implement responsive, accessible front-end interfaces aligned with NAVSUP design standards • Build and maintain enterprise web applications • Develop RESTful APIs and service integrations supporting NAVSUP logistics workflows • Contribute to web interface design and prototyping • Translate requirements documents and wireframes into production-quality code • Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards • Participate in CI/CD pipeline maintenance • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job mentoring to Journeyman and Junior Web Developers • Contribute to architecture decisions

🎯 Requirements

• This position requires a Public Trust (Tier 2 or higher) • IAT - II certification is must • 6+ years of web development experience with demonstrated delivery of complex, enterprise-grade applications • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) • Proficiency in at least one back-end language/framework (Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express, or Java/Spring) • Working knowledge of RESTful API design, JSON, and web services integration • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development processes • Demonstrated experience developing Section 508-compliant, WCAG 2.1-accessible web interfaces • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
