📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects and Senior Developers across the delivery lifecycle • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, career development planning, and skills assessments • Foster continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence • Identify skill gaps and create development plans, training programs, and certification paths • Recruit, onboard, and retain integration talent • Provide technical guidance and coach consultative engagement practices • Oversee and quality-review scalable integration solutions using Celigo integrator.io • Ensure best practices for API integrations, AI agents, data transformation, security, governance, and performance optimization • Lead or contribute to architecture reviews for complex integration engagements • Provide hands-on guidance and escalation support for technical blockers • Champion Celigo iPaaS, agentic services, MCP servers, and AI-enabled automation • Drive consistency in integration patterns, reusable templates, and methodologies • Engage customers and partners as a senior technical representative • Lead design workshops, business process assessments, and integration roadmap sessions • Review and validate SOWs, project estimates, and solution designs • Represent the voice of the customer internally • Support pre-sales with technical credibility and delivery scoping expertise • Own team delivery KPIs including utilization, customer satisfaction, time-to-value, and quality • Refine and scale delivery methodology, tooling, and documentation standards • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support for seamless customer journeys • Contribute to tiger teams, methodology improvements, and knowledge-sharing programs • Track emerging iPaaS and AI/ML integration trends and Celigo's platform roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field • 12+ years of combined experience in integration development, solution architecture, or technical consulting within enterprise software or iPaaS environments • 7+ years of direct people management experience leading technical delivery teams in a professional services or consulting context • Experience managing and developing developers and/or solution architects across multiple concurrent customer engagements • Experience across the full delivery lifecycle from requirements and SOW definition through post-go-live support and knowledge transfer • Strong background in client-facing delivery and senior stakeholder relationships • Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled integration patterns, LLMs, agentic services, or MCP server architectures • Experience with ERP system integrations and cloud/SaaS platforms is required • Deep understanding of iPaaS architecture patterns, middleware concepts, and cloud integration best practices • Strong experience with API integrations and API management, including REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, and token-based authentication • Proficiency in or strong familiarity with JavaScript/Node.js • Data transformation expertise across JSON, XML, CSV, EDI, and flat files • Familiarity with agentic architectures, orchestration concepts, Celigo agentic services, and MCP servers • Understanding of integration lifecycle management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven professional services environment • MBA or MSIS preferred • Experience with Celigo integrator.io or comparable iPaaS platforms strongly preferred • Prior pre-sales or solution scoping experience is a plus
