📋 Description

• Support strategic projects and operational initiatives across consulting, managed services, onboarding, and project management functions • Analyze data and develop insights, reports, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making • Create presentations, project deliverables, process documentation, and executive-ready materials • Assist with project coordination, meeting facilitation, action item tracking, and stakeholder communications • Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and client service delivery • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects aligned with Practice Management Solutions strategic priorities • Support ongoing projects, reporting, analysis, or process improvement initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners • Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and internship program activities • Present project outcomes, recommendations, or key learnings at the conclusion of the internship

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to undergraduate or master's degree in healthcare administration, consulting, finance, economics, business administration, supply chain, etc. • Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship preferred • Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills • Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Effective organizational and time-management skills • Ability to receive feedback and adapt in a dynamic work environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
