📋 Description

• Analyze and develop responses to the organization's requests for proposals (RFPs) for re-procurements and new business opportunities • Develop and write responses to RFPs • Work closely with internal functional area subject matter experts to develop response narratives and gather forms, exhibits and reports • Conduct first-level internal quality review of proposal responses for compliance with RFP requirements and Drafting Guides, and alignment with win strategy and themes • Support project management activities, including CNET team site development and maintenance, template creation, narrative tracking and formatting • Develop RFP transition documentation to improve overall quality of business implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of managed care operations experience (36 months) • Experience preferably in technical RFP response development or healthcare • Proposal writing experience within the Medicaid managed care industry is highly preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point • Evening and weekend work may be needed during peak RFP periods
