📋 Description

• Develop and operationalize data pipelines for reports and advanced analytics • Perform data ingestion, transformation, validation, quality management, optimization, and orchestration • Engage with the DevSecOps Engineer during continuous integration and continuous deployment • Develop and support existing ETL processes in an AWS cloud environment using Snowflake and Teradata • Guide the design and implementation of data staging, ingestion, preparation, provisioning, and destruction procedures • Provide guidance on large-scale, high-volume, high-performance data structures for business intelligence analytics • Design, develop, and maintain real-time processing applications and data pipelines with Snowflake and Teradata • Ensure the quality of technical solutions across Centene’s AWS cloud environments • Provide senior-level insight into data processing, storage, utilization requirements, and changing data environments • Develop, construct, test, and maintain architectures using advanced programming languages and tools • Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality; identify opportunities for automation • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) • 4–6 years of related experience or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position • Experience with Big Data and data processing • Experience with Control-M Scheduling • Experience diagnosing system issues, engaging in data validation, and providing quality assurance testing • Experience with data manipulation and data mining • Experience working in a production cloud (AWS) infrastructure • Experience with Python and SQL • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Servers • Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to work independently • Demonstrated analytical skills • Demonstrated project management skills • High level of accuracy, even under pressure • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
