📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for data migration workstreams and accountability for solution quality, delivery timelines, and mentorship • Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather and analyze data migration requirements • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP data migration • Lead migration strategy for complex programs or modules • Define migration standards, tools, and reusable assets • Review and approve mappings, transformations, and validation results • Serve as escalation point for data migration issues • Create user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials for SAP data migration processes • Collaborate with developers, project managers, cross-functional teams, solution architects, and functional consultants across SAP modules such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP EWM • Partner with project leadership on planning and risk mitigation • Investigate and resolve SAP functionality issues and support system integration, data migration, and interface development • Develop SAP conversion solutions using LSMW, SAP Data Services, IDOC, BAPI, SQL, Migration Cockpit (LTMC), and Modeler (LTMOM) • Participate in end-to-end mock conversions and go-lives • Coach and develop junior team members • Ensure compliance with data governance and audit requirements • Participate in quality assurance activities and protect sensitive information according to security policies • Perform other related tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, IT, STEM, or another related field and 5–7 years of progressive data migration experience, OR no degree and 7–10 years of experience • SAP Data Services Certification • Advanced understanding of SAP data migration tools and techniques, including LSMW, SAP Data Services, IDOC, BAPI, SQL, Migration Cockpit (LTMC), and Modeler (LTMOM) • Ability to independently design, develop, test, debug, and implement • Experience with enterprise systems, preferably SAP • Strong ERP and data architecture understanding • Strong client consulting and communication skills with clients and stakeholders • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail • Critical and analytical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot simple and complex problems • Active Government Clearance, or ability to obtain one prior to start date; obtaining it requires U.S. citizenship
